Acceptable Use
Infrastructural Integrity
The Tecrozon ecosystem is engineered to support legitimate, high-performance enterprise operations. We strictly prohibit the utilization of our infrastructure for malicious, highly disruptive, or legally compromised activities. This includes, but is not limited to, utilizing our servers to deploy malware, orchestrate distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or engage in unauthorized cryptographic mining.
We employ highly advanced, automated network surveillance specifically designed to detect anomalous traffic patterns indicative of infrastructural abuse. Any client found leveraging our environment to compromise external systems will face immediate, non-negotiable termination of all services and comprehensive documentation turnover to relevant legal authorities.
API Utilization Limits
Our API gateways are designed for extreme throughput, but they are not infinite. To ensure total ecosystem stability for all clients, we enforce strict rate-limiting protocols. Clients are required to engineer their API interactions to adhere precisely to our defined polling limits and webhook configurations.
Aggressive, poorly optimized algorithmic interaction that attempts to bypass our rate limiters or artificially inflate server load is categorized as abusive behavior. We provide exhaustive developer documentation; clients are expected to write efficient, optimized code when interacting directly with the Tecrozon backend.
Content and Communication Standards
While Tecrozon does not actively monitor all internal client data, we strictly prohibit the utilization of our communication infrastructures (including automated email systems, SMS routing, and internal messaging frameworks) for the distribution of highly unsolicited marketing, phishing attempts, or illegal content distribution.
Clients are solely responsible for the content generated, routed, and stored within their specific deployment environments. If our automated threat detection flags highly suspicious communication patterns, we reserve the unilateral right to instantly suspend messaging capabilities pending a comprehensive security review.
